Inner Construction of Sander
Flat Orbit sander is suitable for machinery, building decoration, furniture paint surface cleaning, hair removal, large surface work leveling and polishing equipment.
Main Structure and Characteristics It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, fan (partial center of gravity type), bottom plate, foot, power switch, housing and so on.
Working principle The rotor of the motor drives the fan (partial center of gravity type), which becomes swinging due to the eccentricity of the fan. And the surface of wood and metal materials is sanded by the sandpaper (or emery cloth) equipped with corundum or other abrasive materials on the plate.
Adjustment and use 1, dressing sander, usually only used for grinding off a trace of the workpiece surface, its purpose is to finish the workpiece surface, grinding quality depends on the size of the pressure, but do not too hard to press down the sander grinding. Unnecessary excessive force will only quickly damage the sandpaper, and shorten the sander's service life. 2, not loaded with sandpaper, can not start the sander, because it will seriously damage the grinder. 3. When operating, please do not cover the ventilation hole with your palm or finger. 4, such as in the grinding disc sandpaper surface package a layer of cloth, can do very fine grinding, such as for polishing furniture surface, or other fine smooth surface. 5, the sandpaper size, just can be the general market large sandpaper (standard size 228mm×280mm), equal to 3 pieces. Please choose the most suitable abrasive grit sandpaper for the job. Grain size of 60 is coarse sandpaper, grain size of 100 is medium sandpaper, grain size of 150 is fine sandpaper. 6, pull out the clamping rod slightly upward pull, will be ready to plug one end of the sandpaper into the clamping mouth, sandpaper wrapped over the grinding disk, the other end of the same method is clamped in the other end of the clamping mouth (insert the clamping mouth before, if you can bend sandpaper in advance, so easy to install). After clamping the sandpaper, push the clamping rod back into place. After installation, please check that the clamp is really tight. When grinding without clamping sandpaper, it will not be able to obtain uniform and complete sanding effect.
Sander adjustment In order to realize the correct distribution of grinding amount of sander, it is necessary to adjust the sander. Sander adjustment generally adopts the base principle of the lower frame, that is, first adjust the lower frame, and then adjust the upper frame as the base frame. It is difficult to adjust the lower frame. The upper frame must be raised and adjusted using a ruler and strip level, which takes a long time. Therefore, after adjusting the lower rack, keep it in the state and make necessary marks to save time. Usually, the machine has been basically adjusted before leaving the factory, and the debugging personnel can do fine tuning on site. However, when users use it for a period of time or replace another part of the main switch, they will make a wide range of adjustments. Therefore, maintenance personnel must master the adjustment method
Maintenance and precautions 1. Check whether the screws in each part are loose and whether the cable plug is damaged before starting the machine.
2, sandpaper installation to stick flat clamping, not loose.
3. Start the machine and run for 1min without load to check whether the spark is normal. If found ring fire, motor jitter. The speed drops obviously, there is abnormal noise, should be stopped immediately.
4, sander should be used in a dry, clean, no corrosive gas environment
